Dealing With  "Failures"

Failures are never absolute, whether they happen with you or your colleagues. Failures are either circumstantial or perceived.

01 Acknowledge the failure,

02 Reflecting on why it happened,

03 Taking responsibility without fear or anxiety,

04 Supporting yourself or other who failed; and finally,

05 Future course on what to do differently next time.

Bhagvad Gita  Ch 5 verse 20 A person who neither rejoices upon achieving something pleasant nor laments upon obtaining something unpleasant, who is self-intelligent, who is unbewildered, and who knows the science of God is already situated in transcendence.
